Location: North Jakarta
Salary range: 35,000,000 - 60,000,000 IDR

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead QA Operations: Manage and guide the QA team to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Testing Excellence: Develop and execute test strategies for web, mobile, and backend capital market systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet capital market industry regulations and standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related major.
• Experience: 5+ years in software QA, including 1+ years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong in manual and automated testing tools.
• Knowledge: Familiar with capital market systems, security testing, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Mandarin is a plus.
