Product Manager

Job Descriptions

1. Leads and drives the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the entire product within a single business vertical.
2. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define and build a product that is desired by the user, delivers business value for the company, and is feasible to be built.
3. Define and own OKRs related to the product vertical, and lead the effort to achieve them.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of extensive product management experience; experience leading a product team is preferable.
2. Excels and is able to coach others on the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of Product Management.
3. Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the fundamentals of business success.
4. Proven track record in delivering products that are desired by the user while delivering business value for the company.
5. Shows command of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of Product Management (including but not limited to: Analyzing Data, Writing Product Requirements, Preparing Product Documentation, Product-Level Prioritization, Stakeholder Management, MVP Scoping, Experimentation).
6. Interest in sharia-related products is preferable.
