Collaborate with the compliance division to ensure that billing carried out by both internal collection desks and vendors is in accordance with OJK, AFPI, and company's regulation.
Review and improve company's regulations in accordance with OJK and AFPI regulations.
Reduce the number of customer complaints and conduct clarifications with vendors and internal desk collections.
Conduct investigations and analysis of customer complaints and provide suggestions for future improvements.
Perform detailed inspections.
Provide training and education regarding desk collection's regulations.
Work together with all staff to prevent fraud.
Formulate weekly and monthly reports.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience as Desk Collection Supervisor for at least 1 year.
Experience leading a large team, including at least 2 Team Leaders and over 30 Agents/Operators.
Oversee daily collection activities, including call monitoring and payment follow-up.
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance.
Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work with minimum supervision, with a strong control attitude and decision-making ability within given authority.
Good understanding of control, monitoring, and coaching.
Must possess at least a Diploma degree (any field).
Good leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead a team.
