Accounting Supervisor

Job Requirements:

1. Male
2. Age 30 - 35 years old
3. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
4. Minimum of 3 years experience as an Accounting and Finance Supervisor in a manufacturing company
5. Excellent knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, cash flow, fixed assets, taxes, inventory, analysis, and reporting
6. Fluency in English, both written and spoken
7. Willingness to work in the Cikampek area

Job Description:

1. Prepare financial reports
2. Support the Accounting Manager in preparing the budget
3. Assist the Accounting Manager in cash flow management and hedging
4. Oversee B/L and P/L transactions
5. Supervise the entire accounting team
6. Develop the accounting team
7. Coordinate tax audits, financial audits (KPMG), and internal audits
8. Create procedures related to accounting
