Loss Prevention Manager | AYANA Komodo

Join AYANA Hospitality as a Loss Prevention Manager at our stunning AYANA Komodo resort, where you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our guests, staff, and resort assets. We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual who can implement comprehensive loss prevention strategies to combat theft, accidents, and other risks.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain awareness of team schedules, activities, hotel facilities, operational hours, and emergency plans.
2. Lead and supervise the team, ensuring adherence to job requirements, providing feedback, and maintaining high performance.
3. Respond to and investigate incidents (e.g., theft, accidents), prepare reports, and communicate findings as necessary.
4. Ensure immediate action is taken to address safety hazards and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
5. Promote positive relationships, handle requests and complaints professionally, and manage security concerns related to both guests and employees.
6. Ensure adherence to local regulations, hotel policies, and Loss Prevention procedures across all activities.
7. Support the training and development of team members to improve their skills and ensure effective security operations.
8. Collaborate with external agencies (e.g., police, fire department) and assist with special event security or emergency situations as needed.

Qualifications

1. 5 years of experience in Loss Prevention Management and/or safety, specifically in luxury resort or similar fields.
2. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and external agencies.
3. Leadership skills to guide a team, set clear goals, and ensure the execution of tasks and procedures.
4. High level of initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OPERA, and Loss Prevention-related software.
6. Knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, fire safety protocols, and maintaining a criminal-free and good driving record.
7. Preferably certified in Garda Pratama, Garda Madya, Garda Utama, along with relevant certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and Alcohol Awareness.
