SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER FOR FILM & PHOTO STUDIO

Responsibilities:

• Work with the creative director to build a social media strategy, make mood boards, and plan content for the studios and photography accounts.
• Strong understanding of marketing platforms for both Indonesians and Foreigners in Bali.
• Strong experience in running accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube marketing platforms.
• Ability to take creative and engaging photos on iPhone and basic camera (provided) and edit on iPhone apps.
• Ability to film creative and engaging videos on iPhone and edit to post to Instagram reels and TikTok.
• Work with our in-house videographer and video editor to plan and execute videos behind the scenes on photoshoots for YouTube and long-form video.
• Engage with audiences in both English and Bahasa Indonesia on social media.
• Ability to track engagement on social media posts, and make reports of performance to help enhance engagement.
• Experience in Canva is a bonus.

Requirements:

• 2-year minimum experience in a professional social media role or university degree in social media management/marketing.
• Excellent English both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of online marketing and social media channels, and how best to optimize these.
• Ability to work Monday – Friday, 9 am-5 pm in our studio in Canggu.
• Indonesian KTP holder.
• Live in Bali or be able to relocate quickly.
• Salary: + BPJSTK and holiday pay after 1 year.
• Experience in social media: minimum 2 years (Required).
