Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for events such as Band & Orchestra Fair, Custom Wind Fair, etc.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful event planning and execution.
Utilize events to increase product awareness and generate business opportunities.
Actively engage in promotional activities, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
Represent the company professionally and build relationships with customers and industry professionals.
Requirements
Must have a minimum Diploma degree.
Must have a proven track record of successful sales leadership in handling a sales team in selling musical instruments such as Wind, Percussion, or String instruments for a minimum of 3 years.
Strong understanding of musical instruments, technology entailed, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on employee development and motivation.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
Willingness to travel to any area in Indonesia to meet with customers or attend industry events.
Experience in playing a Wind, Percussion, or String instrument will be an advantage.
