Provide general information and quick responses to customer inquiries regarding:

  1. Logistic inquiries
  2. Technical inquiries

Responsibilities include:

  1. Customer complaint management
  2. Handling special cases due to faulty products or quality issues
  3. Reporting additional jobs based on the needs for improving customer satisfaction
  4. QSHE compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Specific requirements: Agile, digitized, willing to learn, excited for challenges, good attitude, and able to maintain good relationships with customers
