E-commerce Staff

The E-commerce Staff play an essential role in the day-to-day operations of the OTA. Responsibilities include assisting with OTA, customer support, website maintenance, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

• Assist in updating and maintaining online product listings, ensuring descriptions, prices, and images are accurate and up-to-date.

Website Maintenance:

• Help ensure that the website is functioning properly, identifying and reporting issues with product listings, images, or other content.
• Collaborate with the marketing or IT team to update promotions, banners, and special offers on the site.

Marketing Support:

• Assist with the creation and management of online marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media posts, and promotional content.
• Help implement and track online marketing campaigns aimed at increasing sales and customer engagement.

Shipping & Logistics Support:

• Assist in coordinating and managing shipping processes, ensuring orders are packed and dispatched on time.
• Communicate with logistics and fulfillment teams to resolve any shipping delays or issues.
• Work with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to implement strategies that improve the customer experience and increase sales.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving online store performance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Airbnb, Traveloka, Agoda).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
