Quality Controller

Responsibilities:

1. Checking the Vendor Shop Drawings in comparison to the material requirement (MR), specifications, and applicable standards.
2. Checking the inspection procedures and inspection reports.
3. Checking the supply list and packing list.
4. Preparing for submission of Vendor Documents for Employer Approval.
5. Preparing a non-conformance report (NCR), if any, and verifying vendor-proposed countermeasures to remedy defects.
6. Performing other duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisors.

Qualifications:

1. Preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Materials Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Preferably with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Controller, QC Inspector, Mechanical Equipment Engineer, or related field.
3. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5. Proficient oral and written English communication skills (knowledge of Japanese language is an advantage).
