Telesales Agent - Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on distribution and ensure that targets are met
2. Obtain referrals from current clients
3. Create awareness by distributing marketing material
4. Generate quotations and follow-up
5. Obtain client information and complete subscription form on behalf of the client
6. E-mail completed subscriber form to client for signature and receive back or; on fitment day the technician will obtain the client signature
7. Submit completed and signed subscriber agreement to sales admin for capturing
8. Follow up on fitment scheduling
9. Contact client to confirm scheduled appointment
10. Follow-up if appointment was not honoured
11. Assist client with any other services required i.e., change of ownership, cancellations, invoices etc.
12. Ensure that quality is maintained according to company policies and procedures
13. Ensure that product and system knowledge is up to date by attending various information / training sessions

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from any field
2. Can communicate well in English preferable
3. Minimum two years of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing
4. Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking, and driven with a can-do attitude
5. Only English resume will be considered
6. People person with a strong customer service attitude
