Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote the services.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners in the industry.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and opportunities in Indonesia and Japan.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and successful placements.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and provide strategic insights.

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the industry, especially in Indonesia.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Strong strategic thinking and a solid business mindset.
