Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in the Indonesian energy market. In this role, you will provide critical insights into the energy sector, helping drive data-driven decisions and optimizing business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, financial data, and regulatory changes to support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide analytical and business development support to assigned gas and renewable or low carbon projects.
2. Analyze market trends, supply and demand dynamics, and strategies in the Indonesian energy sector.
3. Understand the economic analysis, modelling, and opportunity evaluation to facilitate improved business investment decisions.
4. Understand the commercial and contract structure for the gas business and support business development activities.
5. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
6. Monitor regulatory and policy changes affecting the Indonesian energy market.
7. Maintain and review the Project Company permit and license.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in the gas and renewable sector, preferably in Indonesia, with a minimum of 5 years of working experience.
3. Strong knowledge of market analysis, basic financial or economic modelling, and data analytics related to the gas and renewable sector.
4. Additional knowledge in permits and licenses is an advantage.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Excellent in English, advanced PowerPoint presentation, and Excel proficiency.
8. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
