Head of HR & GA

Job Description:

• Responsible for managing all employees, from selection and recruitment up to termination process
• Improve and develop the employees' knowledge and skill through training development program
• Manage all human resources issues and administration functions
• Manage employees' welfare and benefits properly

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, Social Science, or any relevant background
• At least 4 years of experience in the same field
• Good communication skills in building relationships
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Experienced in using Psychology Tests and Behavioral Evidence Interviews
• Understanding of Competence and People Development
• Ability to interact well with employees
• Creative, sociable, multi-tasking, and a team player
