BeautyHaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail. Due to its exponential growth, the company has attracted investment from a reputable investor, Sequoia Capital.
Our first brand, 'Somethinc', was founded in 2019 and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand, Glowinc, is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty sector within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand activation strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
• Lead cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated brand campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, experiential marketing, and traditional media.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
• Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for brand activation and engagement.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver successful brand activation campaigns within set parameters.
• Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Foster partnerships and collaborations with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to amplify brand activation efforts.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the brand activation team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in brand activation (experience in beauty preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in management, communication, or any related major.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media, and branding concepts.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in offline marketing.
• Hustler, ambitious, structured, creative, self-starter, and sales-driven individual.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills to interpret data and metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools/software is advantageous.
