Job Brief: This role will manage sales performance across Indonesia, guiding Regional Sales Managers and aligning their efforts with national goals to ensure consistent and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: - Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals. - Set and monitor sales targets for the entire sales force.
Team Leadership: - Oversee and mentor Regional Sales Managers to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies. - Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of the national sales team.
Market Analysis & Planning: - Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitor trends. - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Stakeholder Engagement: - Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), regulatory authorities, and distributors. - Represent the company at national and international pharmaceutical conferences and trade shows.
Reporting & Compliance: - Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management. - Ensure adherence to ethical sales practices and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree or Master Degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in sales & marketing, with a proven record of managing nationwide sales operations.
