IT Specialist Security/Security System Engineer

Qualification:

1. Fast learner & curious; we expect you haven't handled CIAM before.
2. Good English; you'll be working with people from multiple countries.
3. Have a good background in the following technologies:
1. LDAP / Directory Services
2. Database Platform
3. API programming is a good addition.
4. Minimum D3 IT or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

1. Work in a team with a shifting schedule.
2. Manage CIAM system for a banking client.
3. Receive incident/request escalations from IT users.
4. Investigate & troubleshoot the CIAM systems.
5. Plan and execute configuration changes.
6. Plan and support improvement activities, such as new integrations, system upgrades, etc.
7. Support regular major activities, such as DR drills, capacity expansions, etc.
