Launch Excellent

• Experienced in launching or relaunching product – good understanding with the process and ensure right positioning, pricing, target segmentation and efficient launching process.

Connect with customer and innovation

• Have a key account mindset, strong in technical leadership, personally should have solid technical background and understanding the need of industry, especially Hatchery.
• Provide technical advice, training, and become a source of information to answer technical enquiries from customers.
• Accompanying the sales team on visits to customers, distributors and wholesalers as needed.
• Support the development and implementation of formal training programs for the sales and customer service teams.
• Provide on-the-job technical training for the sales and customer service teams on a regular basis and on an as needed basis.

People leadership and visionary

• Lead and develop the technical & marketing team in planning and implementation of programs for core company technical services within the marketing plan.
• Liaise with other team members to ensure marketing activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objective.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree of Veterinary Medicine
• At least 5 years of experience in related field
• Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
