Job Description:

1. Penetrate the market in Indonesia and establish good relationships with developers and architectural firms.
2. Maintain existing clients and generate new potential clients to ensure client satisfaction and achieve company objectives.
3. Specify projects using company products and ensure final implementation.
4. Engage in product presentations, seminars, and events, and assist unconditionally in the execution of marketing plans.
5. Provide forecasts and reports of marketing activities weekly/yearly, as well as update the project list.
6. Communicate with related departments for necessary follow-up on related projects to ensure delivery, service, and quality to meet client schedules and satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1. Have own transportation (car preferred).
2. Good command of English, both oral and written.
3. Minimum Diploma Degree in a related field (building, chemistry, real estate, or business) or any recognized university degree.
4. Experience in marketing/sales for building materials/construction/architecture is preferable.
