Job description

Job Description:

  1. Coordinating recruiting events, sourcing activities and assessing.
  2. Participate in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals.
  3. General administration for recruitment matters.
  4. Assist in creating and curating engaging content for employer branding campaigns across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  5. Assist in developing and implementing initiatives that highlight employee experiences and showcase the company culture.
  6. Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to align branding strategies with company goals.
  7. Support recruitment campaigns by highlighting the company culture and values.

Qualifications:

  1. Final semester (7/8) in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  2. Strong interest in employer branding, social media, and creative content development.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software is a plus.
  5. Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
