Finance Staff

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for petty cash balances, process additions to petty cash balances in accordance with Finance & Accounting Supervisor approval, and process cash disbursements.
2. Manage the cash flow of petty cash and cash operations and make payments to vendors in accordance with payment due dates.
3. Responsible for the completeness of payment documents either through petty cash or bank.

Requirements

1. Candidate must own at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
2. At least 1 year of working experience as finance staff or related position in FMCG / Manufacturing Company.
3. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
