Responsibilities

• Open depo or new customers outlet for ice cream sales
• Responsible for achieving sales target in branches.
• Developing and motivating sales force team to achieve individual’s and team performance.
• Develop trade and consumer promotions and manages execution of such trade and consumer promotions.
• Secures visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events.
• Actively tries to create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives
• Supervise marketing events and programs
• Reporting: Submits necessary reports periodically, meets deadlines and abides by the route plans
• Developing a strong relationship of co-operation and partnership with all accounts

Requirements

• Graduated from Bachelor Degree in any major
• Having working experience in the same position sales supervisor at least for 2 years (from Ice cream Company is preferable)
• Familiar with traditional market business and sales activity
• Communicative, have strong personality, target-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable
• Willing to be placed in Cimahi, Semarang
