Responsibilities:

• Assist GBOP process (checking reimbursement & settlement documents and follow up to Sales Team)
• Reviewing and checking submissions for settlement and reimbursement Business Trips ABD Team
• Review and checking submissions for settlement and reimbursement related Agency Events
• Checking and compile LTI redemption form

Requirements:

• Final year or fresh graduate from Accounting, Finance, Management, or related major
• Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta
• Committed to do 6 months internship period
• Have good reviewing and budget calculation skills as a beginner
• Thorough and detail in perform daily works
• Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Can-Do Attitude
