About the role

As a People Partner & Recruitment at PT ORI POLYTEC COMPOSITE, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the company's talent acquisition strategy. In this full-time role, you will be based in West Java and play a key role in ensuring the organisation has access to the best talent to support its growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess and hire top talent for the organisation
2. Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making job offers
3. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions
4. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and programmes to support the company's talent management strategy
7. Provide advice and guidance to managers on people-related matters such as employee relations, performance management and workforce planning

What we're looking for

1. Demonstrated experience in a similar People Partner or Recruitment role, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
4. Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related technology
5. Familiarity with Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
