Responsible for conducting comprehensive employee performance evaluations, from planning to final report generation. This includes developing assessment tools, scheduling assessments, and creating individualized career development plans.
Requirements
Minimum Education is bachelor's or master's degree in psychology.
At least 1 year of experience as an assessor.
Proficient in psychological testing, including test setup, scoring, interpretation, and reporting.
Having an Assessor certification is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
