Finance and Tax Manager

About the role

As the Finance and Tax Manager at PT. Usaha Gunabhakti Mandiri, you'll play a key role in the company's financial operations and tax management. Reporting to the leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing all financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic financial decision-making. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, including the timely filing of tax returns and payments
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team to support business growth and profitability
• Manage the company's tax planning and optimization strategies
• Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial processes and controls
• Participate in the development of the company's annual budget and forecast
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all financial and tax-related matters

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance or tax management role, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
• Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and presentation skills
