Job Description

Responsibilities

• Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with local merchants.
• Provide merchant training on Indodana product knowledge, merchant dashboard, and basic tax processes.
• Propose and drive implementation for new and recurring merchant programs to boost company top line metrics.
• Support program promotion media communication placement and sales improvement with merchants.
• Identify, research and maintain relationships with merchants.
• Analyze market updates and develop sales programs based on customer demand, business expansion, trends, and competitor activity.
• Research ways to increase the value of our products for our clients (e.g., missing features, improvements, client feedback).
• Create partnerships with brands, online merchants, payment gateways, or other partners in the region.
• Develop a deep understanding of both our product and the partners' product to create successful partnerships.
• Prepare interesting and accurate customized presentations to be presented to potential partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma Degree from any major.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in a financial company.
• Vast network in local brand/retail merchants preferred.
• Strong analytical skills in sales and performance monitoring.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Holding both a SIM A and C license and owning a personal vehicle.
