Job Description

Manage inventory levels and monitor stock movements in the warehouse.

Conduct regular stock opname (inventory checks) and update records.

Oversee the recording and monitoring of incoming and outgoing assets.

Perform reconciliation of inventory data to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.

Prepare reports on inventory movements, asset status, and stock levels.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and proper asset management.

Assist with accounting tasks related to inventory transactions.

Monitor and maintain accurate data of all inventory transactions in the system.

Help the Accounting Manager in preparing journal entries and accounting reports.

Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Energetic, fast-paced, and detail-oriented.

At least 3 years of experience in inventory management and accounting, preferably in an automotive industry.

Have a good understanding regarding manufacturing accounting / inventory control.

Good ability in English, both written and spoken.

Ready to start immediately and placed in Haji Nawi, Cilandak, South Jakarta.

Ready to conduct regular stock opname at our factory in Klapanunggal, Bogor.

Willing to work from Monday to Saturday (half-day at Saturday).
