Coordinate and maintain good relationships with Branch Manager or Relation Manager of the banks allocated in order to support performance and Bancassurance growth.
Prepare production report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Coordinate with Claims Team for claims settlements.
Perform Customer Centricity by attentiveness, reliability, and availability to customers, in line with current AXA pillar.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adhere to policy and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Completion of at least a Diploma III or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in the current position within an insurance company.
Excellent communication and group facilitation skills, with the ability to write and deliver training courses and materials.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; creative, innovative, and committed to customer service excellence.
Good team leadership and time management skills.
Good knowledge of general insurance products (retail and commercial business).
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
