Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain good relationships with Branch Manager or Relation Manager of the banks allocated in order to support performance and Bancassurance growth.
  • Prepare production report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with Claims Team for claims settlements.
  • Perform Customer Centricity by attentiveness, reliability, and availability to customers, in line with current AXA pillar.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adhere to policy and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

  • Completion of at least a Diploma III or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in the current position within an insurance company.
  • Excellent communication and group facilitation skills, with the ability to write and deliver training courses and materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; creative, innovative, and committed to customer service excellence.
  • Good team leadership and time management skills.
  • Good knowledge of general insurance products (retail and commercial business).
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
  • Knowledge of marketing media/technologies.
  • Good command of English.
