Senior Finance Staff

Role Overview: As a Senior Finance Staff member, you will play a key role in supporting our financial operations and strategy. This position demands an individual with a strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of success in the finance domain.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze financial data, trends, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
3. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and analysis for stakeholders.
4. Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
5. Mentor and guide junior staff members to foster a high-performing and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) is a plus.
2. 2+ years of progressive experience in finance or related roles, with a focus on financial analysis and strategic planning.
3. Proven expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and interpretation.
4. Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
