Area Sales & Promotion Supervisor - Denpasar

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for achieving sales target and for distributing the frozen product in covering area.
2. Cooperate with the distributor team to increase sales achievement in the related area.
3. Ensure that all field sales team members and distributors comply with the company’s sales system and processes, following ethical business practices.
4. Build and grow relationships with channel partners (MT, GT, etc).

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field.
2. 2+ years of experience at the same level (Supervisor) in a Distribution/FMCG company (Cold Chain/Frozen Products).
3. Experience with frozen products is a plus.
4. Ability to manage both internal and external relationships.
5. Strong analytical thinking to identify issues for area improvement.
6. Location: Denpasar area.
