Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our social media and digital marketing efforts. This role requires expertise in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok, with a strong understanding of content creation, posting, hashtags, captions, and marketing calendar planning. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management: Oversee and manage content creation, scheduling, and posting across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  2. Content Creation: Develop compelling captions, hashtags, and multimedia content to boost engagement and visibility.
  3. Marketing Calendar Planning: Strategically plan and organize marketing campaigns and content calendars for consistent brand messaging.
  4. Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
  5. Trend Research: Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maximize outreach.
  6. Community Engagement: Foster relationships with the online community through active engagement and response management.
  7. Paid Advertising: Collaborate on social media ad strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with the design, content, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  9. Campaign Optimization: Continuously test and refine marketing strategies based on insights and analytics.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in digital marketing and social media management.
  2. Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok marketing strategies.
  3. Creative Writing Skills: Ability to craft compelling captions, engaging content, and effective hashtags.
  4. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure performance and optimize strategies.
  5. Project Management: Ability to plan and execute marketing calendars and campaigns effectively.
  6. Adaptability: Quick learner who stays ahead of social media trends and algorithm changes.
  7. Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with different departments.
  8. Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in paid social media advertising and influencer marketing.
  2. Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms.
  3. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
