Work closely with brand to develop business strategies to maintain and raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
Report buying trends, market trends, customer needs and profit to brand management and principal
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance according to brand's policies and procedures
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training or workshops
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
Provide coaching, counselling and conduct personnel assessment regularly
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelor's degree, any field
Required skill(s): English, computer, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, Leadership And Managing.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Manager/Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Retail industry especially in fashion/footwear/lifestyle.
Have an understanding about KPIs Metrics.
Having experience dealing with mass product.
Detail and target oriented.
Able to work in shift including Saturday, Sunday and holiday
