Job Description:

• Oversee all aspects of the water treatment process, from intake to discharge, to ensure compliance with regulations and the delivery of clean water to the environment.
• Manage staff, including training and evaluating employees, setting priorities, and monitoring work progress.
• Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of all water treatment equipment and infrastructure.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports and records on plant operations, chemical usage, and other relevant data.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in process, chemical, industrial engineering, or other related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in water treatment plant operations and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment, including chemical application.
• Knowledge of environmental legislation and water chemistry analysis.
• Strong working relationships with local authorities related to water treatment plants.
• Understanding of occupational hazards and safety precautions necessary for the safe operation of a water treatment plant.
