Job description

The Integration Service Manager works together with the ITSD Integration team in Europe and with the SOLD Integration team and supports them to have stable integration solutions and implements new integration solutions. This position supports the integration of the different applications running in CCEP. CCEP’s integration solutions are WebMethods, SAP-PO, Mulesoft, and Azure Integration Services.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Implement the IT strategy within Integration Services
  2. Responsible for stable, efficient, and effective service delivery operations for IT Integration Services
  3. Manage and control service providers to deliver the sourced services according to agreed SLAs / OLAs
  4. Responsible for planning and reporting of the budget for the unit
  5. Optimize and continuously improve service delivery of Integration Services support (cost, quality, time) across all territories
  6. Respond to support tickets related to integrations
  7. Manage the incident and communications with the Integration team (including the EU integration team when required), business users, vendors, and other stakeholders
  8. Capture the necessary information for escalation, including steps to reproduce the error, screenshot, API endpoint, request/response payload, error message, and findings from troubleshooting steps.
  9. Manage activities required to ensure the required level of services in the IT Integration Services
  10. Integration Services Operations: Comprehensive integration operations support functions to maintain, administer, and enhance Integration Services solutions.
  11. Integration Services Event Monitoring and Incident Response: Log management, event monitoring, and correlation with incident response
  12. Business impact: Accountable for all Integration Services Operational business disruptions
  13. Proven and demonstrable technical expertise and experience across various SAP Modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP HCM, SAP BI) and SAP technologies (e.g., S4/HANA)
  14. Monitor integration processes to ensure they run smoothly without errors or issues
  15. Identify potential causes of issues and involve relevant teams for escalation

Qualifications:

  1. Significant experience in Operational Integration Services in related and comparable positions
  2. Fluent in English
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills (written and oral) at all management levels
  4. Strong experience in IT service operations, specialized in IT Integration Services processes and technologies
  5. Aware of sourcing strategies and provider selection processes
  6. Knowledge and experience in the following areas:
    1. IT Service Management
    2. Infrastructure Services
    3. ITIL processes, especially Incident, Change, and Configuration Management processes
    4. IT Service Vendor Management
  7. Experience in budget and unit planning procedures (ABP) and implementation of respective programs and projects on time, within budget, and of quality
  8. Involved in or ran SAP projects from an integration platform
