Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

  1. Expand the number of partners by analyzing potential areas for development, identifying prospective partners, and assessing market conditions to drive revenue growth.
  2. Implement sales strategies (promotions, programs, etc.) and analyze product and program sales performance in the assigned area to maximize sales.
  3. Assess and provide the necessary support for channels/partners in selling products, tailoring approaches to the unique characteristics and needs of each channel/partner to ensure effective sales efforts.
  4. Act as the main point of contact for partners to address complaints or additional needs, ensuring issues are handled promptly and in alignment with company standards to maintain strong relationships.
  5. Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders (distributors, partners, institutional representatives, etc.) to ensure smooth business operations, including weekly coordination with distributors on sales performance, stock management, and promotion implementation.
  6. Evaluate and provide recommendations for strategy implementation and monitor execution processes to ensure alignment with company standards, fostering operational excellence.
  7. Ensure product stock levels at partner locations align with their requests and requirements, guaranteeing timely delivery to maintain positive impressions and relationships.
  8. Ensure the company budget allocated for all sales activities within the area of responsibility is utilized effectively and efficiently.

Does it match your criteria?

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing Communication, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the sales field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  3. Relevant knowledge in the skincare or FMCG industry.
  4. Proficient in market analysis, product knowledge, and account management.
