Digital Marketing I Performance Marketing Manager

Position Overview: Performance Marketing will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok, and more. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive display advertising strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns, predominantly focusing on paid social channels like Meta, TikTok, as well as SEO/SEM on Google.
  • Manage and strategically scale ads spend across selected channels, continuously optimizing campaigns to meet profitability objectives.
  • Plan and conduct A/B testing and other testing methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Evaluate key performance metrics, executing tests (creatives, channels, media products), and optimizing accordingly to achieve ROAS and growth targets.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement technologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on Display Ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), Search (SEM) & Marketplace or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing digital performance ad campaigns in the beauty industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and remarketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
