E-Learning Graphic Designer

We are currently seeking a talented and creative E-learning Graphic Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping engaging and effective e-learning content.

In this role, you'll bring innovative visual solutions to our e-learning courses, animated videos, and other digital products. Collaborating with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts, and Project Manager, you'll transform complex information into visually compelling and interactive content.

What will you do:

• Develop visually appealing and pedagogically effective graphic elements for e-learning contents, including but not limited to illustrations, infographics, animations, and interactive media.
• Edit and integrate video or audio into e-learning contents.
• Collaborate with the e-learning development team to ensure designs align with learning objectives.
• Create engaging and interactive designs to enhance the user learning experience.
• Ensure visual consistency across all e-learning materials.
• Manage and maintain e-learning graphic assets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-learning design, incorporating innovative and effective techniques into e-learning contents creation.

Who we need:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience minimum 3 years as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the e-learning or educational technology industry.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate, After Effects, Audition, etc.)
• Proficient in e-learning authoring tools Storyline360 is a must.
• A strong graphic design portfolio, that includes e-learning related work.
• Solid understanding of instructional design principles and the ability to align visual elements with learning objectives.
• Knowledge of basic HTML, JavaScript, and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of up-to-date technology or trends in e-learning development is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free graphics within specified deadlines.
• Can-do attitude and ability to show initiative.
