Exciting Opportunities at Bokor Mas Gold: Website and E-Commerce Specialist.

Job Description:

1. Manage and expand online channels and accounts.
2. Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
3. Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, sales, pricing, and business development.
4. Monitor competitor and market activity to provide sales positioning arguments, value propositions, objection handling, and competitive positioning.

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor's degree from IT, Engineering, Business Marketing, or a related field.
2. Min. 3 years of experience handling websites and e-commerce.
3. Ability to create and develop new websites that translate well on various devices and screen sizes.
4. Familiarity with web hosting, Shopify, and WordPress is a plus.
5. Experience in managing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and CSR (Customer Service Representatives).
6. Good knowledge of Marketplace.
7. Skills in SEO and e-commerce management are highly desirable.
8. Fundamental skills of front-end and back-end website development.
9. Proven track record of leading and managing a team effectively.
10. Ability to work at Head Office (Surabaya).
