On behalf of our client, we are looking for an E-commerce Supervisor with details below:
Job Description:
Supervise and manage end-to-end eCommerce activities (Customer service - pre and post-sales, operations, campaign submissions, brand marketing collaborations, and building brand communities).
Create promotional calendars, track e-commerce ads, analyze data, and proactively recommend strategies to develop eCommerce sales.
Monitor and optimize eCommerce ads to increase sales & traffic.
Coordinate with marketing, design, and customer service teams regarding promotional campaigns, product listings, content creation, customer chats, reviews, discussions, and eCommerce operations.
Regular coordination with Online Marketplace Relationship Managers regarding strategic campaigns.
Modify and optimize product descriptions and images that are to be posted or have been posted on eCommerce platforms.
Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and work quality.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must have a bachelor's degree (S1 or equivalent).
At least 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce platform supervision.
Hands-on experience in developing features and content for eCommerce.
In-depth knowledge of eCommerce trends, including marketing, advertising, product development, competitive strategy, consumer research, industry trends, and best practices in eCommerce.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and show high initiative with minimal supervision.
A plus if skilled in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
