Job description

Position: Ecommerce Staff

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Revenue & Distribution Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ecommerce & OTA Management

  • Manage and update content on OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Traveloka, and others.
  • Ensure that room information, pricing, availability, and promotions are accurate and up to date on all online platforms.
  • Coordinate with the Revenue Management team to optimize pricing strategies and online promotions.
  • Analyze performance across OTA platforms and provide recommendations to improve booking conversions.

2. Website & SEO Management

  • Manage and update content on ZIN Canggu Resort & Villa’s website, including descriptions, images, and the latest promotions.
  • Optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve the website’s ranking on Google search results.
  • Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor website performance and provide insights for improvements.
  • Execute marketing and promotional strategies in online marketplaces to increase sales.
  • Collaborate with the Retail & Sales team to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
  • Track and analyze digital campaign performance to provide recommendations for more effective online marketing strategies.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries on online platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on OTAs and social media.
  • Suggest strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and build loyalty through effective online communication.

6. Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on online sales performance, website traffic, and engagement across various digital platforms.
  • Identify trends and opportunities based on data to optimize ZIN’s ecommerce strategy.
  • Provide insights to the management team regarding digital marketing performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Online Sales (preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry).
  • Understanding of online marketing strategies, SEO, and marketplace optimization.
  • Experience in managing OTAs, marketplaces, and websites.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
