E-commerce Specialist

Will be responsible for tasks such as managing online sales platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee), providing customer service, managing contents (including graphics), managing social media, analyzing e-commerce performance, and driving sales.

This is a full-time hybrid role.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in DKV (Design, Komunikasi, Visual), Business, Marketing, or related field
2. Experience in E-Commerce
3. Analytical skills and sales skills
4. Customer service and communication skills
5. Strong organizational and time management skills
6. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies
7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

The role is based in Tangerang with the flexibility for some remote work.
