E-Commerce Specialist

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and expand the company's digital presence
• Manage, execute, and ensure correct store setup including (but not limited to) product listings, pricing, promotions, storefront decoration, affiliate commission, livestream, etc.
• Manage stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to avoid shortages or oversales
• Developing and executing targeted digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimisation (SEO)
• Monitor ads performance and adjust strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI and store visibility
• Explore platform promotional campaigns (Flash sale, subsidy, etc.) and perform submissions both through seller center or account manager
• Perform administrative tasks such as payment processing and data documentation
• Maintain communication with account managers to explore growth opportunities, promotions (subsidy, exposure, campaigns, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, competitor activity, affiliate and campaign results to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies
• Recap data (sales, expense, etc.), prepare reports and provide insights for continuous store and sales optimization

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in managing & operating E-Commerce store on Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada
• Minimum 2 years combined experience in being a key account manager in Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada
• Proven track record in optimizing listings, running ads, and increasing online sales
• Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools for sales and performance tracking
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, web analytics, search engine optimization, and digital advertising
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and implement new ideas
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
