Support, manage and handle online stores and optimizing the customer experience to ensure the day-to-day effectiveness of online platforms.
Controlling price and promotion of online platforms and creating content, banner advertising, and other materials to promote online promotion and campaigns.
Monitoring the price and promotion of competitors and working closely with the marketing team to create promotions and campaigns to compete with.
Cooperating with the marketing team to set up and design new ads and promotions online.
Improving quality traffic acquisition and sales revenue.
Analyzing data and key performance indicators to understand market trends and develop plans to improve performance.
Handle operating jobs for the brand’s official store on Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.
Requirement:
Min. 1-year experience and skills in e-commerce platform operations (such as Shopee, Lazada and Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in any major. (Business, marketing, communication, or a related field are preferred)
Familiar with e-commerce operation tools and platform functions, and have the ability to create new accounts, and manage and operate online stores independently.
Good product management and data analysis skills, understanding sales data and trends, and making appropriate adjustments and optimizations according to market needs.
Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processing of orders and Client Servers.
Have innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, and be able to propose and implement strategies and measures to improve e-commerce operations.
Having experience In Beauty Cosmetic brands is more preferred.
