Support, manage and handle online stores and optimize the customer experience to ensure the day-to-day effectiveness of online platforms.
Control price and promotion of online platforms and create content, banner advertising, and other materials to promote online promotions and campaigns.
Monitor the price and promotion of competitors and work closely with the marketing team to create promotions and campaigns to compete with.
Cooperate with the marketing team to set up and design new ads and promotions online.
Improve quality traffic acquisition and sales revenue.
Analyze data and key performance indicators to understand market trends and develop plans to improve performance.
Handle operating jobs for the brand’s official store on Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.
Requirements
Min. 1-year experience and skills in e-commerce platform operations (such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in any major (Business, marketing, communication, or a related field are preferred).
Familiar with e-commerce operation tools and platform functions, with the ability to create new accounts, manage and operate online stores independently.
Good product management and data analysis skills, understanding sales data and trends, and making appropriate adjustments and optimizations according to market needs.
Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processing of orders and client servers.
Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, able to propose and implement strategies and measures to improve e-commerce operations.
