E-Commerce Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. This role involves developing e-commerce strategies, overseeing online store operations, and implementing digital marketing efforts to drive sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Grab, Tiktok, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze online sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior
• Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and customer service coordination
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to enhance product visibility and brand presence
• Manage online promotions, campaigns, and discount strategies
• Stay updated on e-commerce best practices and platform algorithm changes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field
• At least 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
• Familiar with major e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO strategies
• Analytical mindset, able to interpret data and optimize sales strategies
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
