Responsibilities:

1. Support, manage, and handle online stores while optimizing the customer experience to ensure the day-to-day effectiveness of online platforms.
2. Control pricing and promotions on online platforms, creating content, banner advertising, and other materials to promote online campaigns.
3. Monitor competitor pricing and promotions, working closely with the marketing team to create competitive promotions and campaigns.
4. Cooperate with the marketing team to set up and design new ads and promotions online.
5. Improve quality traffic acquisition and sales revenue.
6. Analyze data and key performance indicators to understand market trends and develop plans for performance improvement.
7. Handle operational tasks for the brand’s official store on Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1-year experience in e-commerce platform operations (such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
2. Bachelor’s degree in any major (Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred).
3. Familiarity with e-commerce operation tools and platform functions, with the ability to create and manage online stores independently.
4. Good product management and data analysis skills, with an understanding of sales data and trends to make necessary adjustments and optimizations.
5. Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order processing.
6. Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of proposing and implementing strategies to improve e-commerce operations.
7. Experience in CCTV/Home electronics brands is preferred.
