Job description
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok shop, Lazada, etc.).
Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring targets are met.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and flash sales in collaboration with the marketing team.
Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales or digital marketing.
Familiarity with online marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and e-commerce management tools.
