E-commerce Product Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science/Marketing/Product Design/related fields
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is a must (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Has a strong market analysis and data analysis skills, with the ability to quickly understand user needs
• Proficient in project management tools, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Technical background is a plus, enabling efficient communication with technical teams
• Willing to WFO in The Prime Office Suite, North Jakarta

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for Deli e-commerce product planning and execution, developing product strategies and roadmaps
• Conduct market research, analyze user needs and competitive landscape to inform product decisions
• Collaborate closely with design and development teams to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Regularly communicate with users to gather feedback and propose product improvement
• Define and track product KPIs, analyze product performance, and drive data-driven enhancements
