Job description
Minimum Requirements
Graduate with Bachelor’s degree, Fresh Graduates/Students are welcome.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work with a team.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about our products and services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
